Technical Recruiter

This is a Full-time position in SeaTac, WA posted March 14, 2021.

Location: SeaTac, WA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6+ month contract position in Kent, WA. The work will begin remotely with the expectation of moving onsite at a later date.

Responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle recruiting from the first contact to the new hire’s first day 
  • Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers 
  • Develop prospects into candidates through engagement, sustaining relationships, screening and interviews
  • Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of the team by sharing new talent insights and useful industry information 
  • Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other company employees by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and debriefs
  • Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches 
  • Provide strategic guidance and become a trusted advisor to leaders by delivering results 
  • Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting 
Qualifications: 
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Recruiter Experience recruiting high volume manufacturing/production talent as well as niche engineering skill sets
  • Proven history of collaboration with a knack for proactively communicating across locations and across teams 
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously 
  • Ability to adapt in a fluid environment while producing results or troubleshooting independently 
  • Insatiable desire to delight hiring teams and a personal commitment to continuously improve delivery 
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum 
Desired Skills and Experience: 
  • A track record of success recruiting talent at an executive search firm, high volume agency and/or at a dynamic start up experiencing rapid growth 
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
