Learn more at https://www.experiencemomentum.com/about-us/mission-values/ Hiring for a Part Time HR Assistant Primary Responsibilities: Support the recruiting process including, but not limited to posting jobs, creating job descriptions, screening applications, and coordinating interviews; Onboarding new employees including setting them up with an employee portal, conducting new-hire orientation, and collecting all new hire documents; Keep employee personnel files organized, and up to date with all pertinent documents; Digitize all employee personnel files; Create job descriptions and maintain library of all relevant descriptions Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure compliance with all applicable employment law requirements Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance Backup support to payroll when needed Tracking of performance reviews Draft and distribute confidential email communications on HR related matters. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Perform administrative work, including mailing, filing, copying and overall assistance with HR functions Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure that HR matters are kept private. Desired Experience: At least one year of experience working in an HR Admin/ Recruiting capacity Qualifications: Strong Administrative skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail; Track record of independent problem-solving; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Positive can-do attitude; Demonstrate excellent organizational, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time. Demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and work efficiently in both a collaborative and independent setting.
