B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering field or related subject area
Successful candidates typically have 3-8+ years of component development/integration experience, preferably with aerospace hardware, electrical power systems, or avionics assemblies.
Knowledge and application of current systems engineering and integration tools and methodologies, in a safety-critical environment
Experience collaborating with external suppliers to meet system requirements and achieve on-time hardware development cost and schedule.
Experience in the full lifecycle development of aerospace systems, including requirement definition, design solution definition, implementation, integration, verification and validation, qualification, commissioning and operation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
