Cloud Product Owner Position Overview As a member of the Product Management Team , the Cloud Product Owner (PO) will provide project leadership and solutions for our public cloud platform that spans AWS, Azure, and GCP. The Product Owner is involved in backlog grooming and short-term and long-term planning. The Product Owner will update the backlog, and review/contribute to the program vision, roadmap, and participate in strategy presentations and delivery as well as story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing. The cloud development team, which includes the PO, will work together to determine the team’s objectives for the up and coming release. The role reports to the VP of Cloud Platform Development What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Iteration Execution Maintaining the team backlog Iteration Planning Story elaboration Story Acceptance Understand enabler work Participating in team demo and retrospective Program Execution Coordinating release value added solutions Producing system demos and value streams for stake holders Content Authoring Provide content authoring around stories, requirements, design artifacts, etc., What are the requirements needed for this position? BS/BA Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, Master’s degree a plus At least 8 years of experience in cloud development projects Proficiency managing projects in the public cloud, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, Scrum Master expertise preferred  What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments highly desirable Understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies is a must Proficient in project scheduling and project lifecycle best practices Support operations readiness reviews for going live with applications running in the cloud Ability to develop new processes and approaches for cloud migrations What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General office demands How much should I expect to travel?
