A platform that powers people’s favorite products like App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and many more!RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Know all ins-and-outs of the AMP Platform to be able to give advice on how users can leverage it in the best way.
Teach our users capabilities of the platform and how to use it.
Answer questions on our support channels and help troubleshoot issues to identify documentation, user experience and feature gaps.
Write documentation that is missing and implement changes to the platform that will improve their user experience.
Communicate with our users, receive their feedback and help us identify requirements for the new features and help shape us the platform roadmap.
Help design the features and ascertain how they will affect user experience.Education & ExperienceBS in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience with customer support is highly desired
