Volt 124 Network Engineer 124 Spokane, WA SUMMARY We are seeking an IP Network Engineer with broad experience in an enterprise cisco environment. REQUIREMENTS Responsibilities Primarily a project based role, working on multiple projects with different PM39s and stakeholders. Support technology delivery within defined capitaldelivery projects under the direction of clientrsquos Network Engineers and Project Managers. Execute engineering tasks according to plan and meet engineering goals and objectives. Plan and execute network moves, upgrades, and changes including hardware installationconfiguration, change management, and customer activation. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product and service offerings. Assist in special projects with the ability to function in a highly dynamic environment. Requirements 6 years of experience in an enterprise network environment preferred Proficient knowledge and experience with the following technologies IP routing and virtualization in a Wide Area Network ndash MPLS, VRF, IPSEC BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Ethernet, and TDM configuration and operation Cisco Enterprise and Industrial routing and switching platforms, modules, and configuration WAN performance, optimization, configuration and assurance techniques Back office network management and authentication systems Wireless LAN configuration, operation, and maintenance IP subnetting IP protocols Configuration and operation of LAN switching technology ndash VLANs, Trunking, FHRPrsquos Proficient knowledge of network security best practices with hands on experience configuring Access Control Lists, TACACS+, SNMP, AAA, SSH Microsoft Visio EducationCerts CCNA certification required CCNP or CCIE certification preferred BENEFITS 124 PERKS 124 CULTURE (include) Healthcare Welfare allowance of an addition 600mo. 2 weeks PTO Great collaborative culture Small team environment with the stability of a global organization Please note the following This is a W2 only position.
