SDET/Automation QA Testers

We are seeking SDET and Automation QA Testers to help address the needs of our clients.

We are looking for SDET and Automation QA testers who are both technically adept but able to collaborate and understand the business’s needs and concerns.

This would be for client’s spread throughout the Greater Seattle Area and Hawaii.

General responsibilities include: * Manage testing lifecycle with an “end-to-end” perspective across the enterprise.* Relationship management: coordinate and collaborate with program partners/core team* Understand the program landscape to develop automation test solutions across systems and projects.

Setup, configure and maintain automation test environments.* Development of test frameworks.

Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for automation frameworks.* Prepare and maintain documents, which include test framework architectural diagrams.* Mentor, train, and coach team members on processes, technology and tools.* Work closely with test engineers for automating existing manual test cases.* Adapt any new tool/language and implement based on the requirements/needs.* Understand the program landscape and provide the automation solutions across systems and projects.* Enable continuous testing for CI/CD implementation.* Assemble and understand QA metrics; identify problem areas in the product requiring developer attention.* Manage and do POC on Unit, TDD, ATDD, BDD, Mobile, Service Virtualization, etc.* Provide weekly testing and automation dashboard reports to executives and stakeholders.* Perform code reviews and provide feedback on the automation scripts to derive more optimized solutions.* Ensure QA resources are following established QA and test automation procedures.* Participate in meetings, code reviews, design, triage, estimating, and other testing and script development process* Maintain awareness of latest innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in QA testing and test methodology* Supply technical guidance to the team and works with the local development and build teams to facilitate the running of automated scripts.* Write effective and thorough bug reports and verify bug fixes.* Identify vulnerabilities in automated testing and defines and manages plans to mitigate risk.* Provides timely and accurate status for the assigned project.

Required Qualifications include: * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field.* Experience: 5+ years of Information Technology experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing and Automation Testing.* 5 years of experience leading and managing testing activities and test teams.* 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field as a trained SQA and Test Automation engineer, or comparable combination of training and experience.* 5+ years of building and maintaining test automation frameworks.* 5+ years of Test Automation tool experience with Open source, such as Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, Watir, SpecFlow, SoapUI, JUnit, Jenkins.* In-depth administration and configuration knowledge of at least one prominent application lifecycle management tool (e.g.

VSO, TFS, HP ALM, OATS, etc.)* Knowledge and creative insight to maximizing continuous integration tools like NUnit, JUnit, TestNG, Jenkins/Teamcity* Experience with version control systems such as GIT, SVN* 3+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Defect management, and test automation tools such as VSTS.* Experience dealing and adapting to changing priorities with strict deadlines.* Experience working effectively within a multi-cultural/diverse workplace and on cross-functional teams
