Senior Product Manager, AI Overview of Position The Sr.

 Product Manager will build Healthcare AI platform and healthcare financial management AI solutions to maximize the customer value and company value. We have industry leading healthcare data, both in depth and breadth. We are already in the workflow, with thousands of payers and providers who utilize our solutions today. We have talented members in our AI team already built many in-production AI innovative AI solutions. We are looking for an experienced product manager who will work with the AI team leadership as well as the AI engineering and data science teams to build the scalable and performing AI platform and AI solutions, focusing on adding value to our customers, ensuring interlock between the business units and the AI teams, managing AI Platform and AI product requirements and definition throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring go-to-market readiness in advance of launch, and supporting go-to-market execution of our solutions. You will be responsible for delivering AI platform and AI solutions maximizing our teams P&L by guiding the team to build the world best AI platform for Healthcare Management as our core technology to generate value for our customers and our company.

 What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Be the brand ambassador for all Ai related initiatives by championing the Ai first approach to solutions that spans the payor, provider and patient domain A commitment to rolling up the sleeves and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders including , business units, data engineering, data science, ethics and legal teams to solve ‘never before’ solved healthcare problems Build the strategy and roadmap for AI solutions through understanding of the healthcare financial management business needs, the users’ requirements, and the state of art AI development.

You must be a recognized leader with a bias to action.

Translate the Change Healthcare AI strategy into a roadmap, that drives the development with the latest technology development, innovation, and realizing market value, against short term and long-term goals.

Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision; and working closely with data scientists, engineering, engagement, sales, marketing and support to ensure commercial realization and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Constantly research the latest industry development in AI engineering state of art development and translate the business strategy into Product Requirement Description and functional specs which drives engineering implementation.

Build strong and constructive working relationships to canvas and align alternative views into a AI roadmap; Close interaction with Engineering, Data Science, BUs, and customers.

Adaptive and able to work through the conflicting requests, quick in making decisions based on the best interests of our company and our customers, balance among time to market, serving each BU/partner properly, and deliver the work with engineering excellence.

Balancing between innovation and robust operation with good judgement, optimize productivity and efficiency when working with the broader Technology, Data, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Present ideas and thoughts with clarity and purpose to influence stakeholders without formal authority across the multiple business units What are the requirements needed for this position?

5 years relevant engineering, data science, and technical product management experience.

4 years in AI technical product management and development.

MS or BS degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or other Science/Technology fields.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Extensive hands-on data AI platform or data/AI/Cloud product development experiences, with proven track record of successful delivery of largescale engineering products.

You are capable of building out and keep adjusting the financial models for new platform initiatives.

An end-to-end solution thought leadership and partnership, known with the ability to resolve conflict and protect productivity.

Successful at influencing and working with BUs, customers, and within AI team.

You are skilled at canvassing opinions and alternative views.

You are at ease with evaluating and making recommendations across competing and equally critical business needs.

Demonstrated commercial results which balancing innovation and commercial realization, in time deliver meeting or exceeding the business expectation.

Big picture focused whilst skilled at zeroing in on the product and engineering/science details and delivering continuous improvement.
