As a Market Development Program Manager, you will work alongside McKinstry business leaders and sales teams to create effective market strategies and provide a high level of customer service and collaboration through interactions with all levels of employees.You’re great at:Providing data-driven market and competitive intelligence to help establish McKinstry as a leader and innovator in the market.Facilitating the development of market assessments and business plans.Supporting McKinstry’s geographic expansion into new markets.Supporting productization and go-to-market efforts for emerging and evolving McKinstry offerings.Working on projects such as:Facilitating the creation of business plans and market strategies across McKinstry business units.Researching and creating go-to-market strategies for established and emerging McKinstry offerings.Providing market and competitive intelligence to support McKinstry business leaders and sales teams.Working across Enterprise Sales and Marketing to ensure sales teams have everything needed to execute developed strategies.Perform other duties as assigned.What we would like to see from you:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required; Master’s Degree preferred.Four (4) or more years of business experience within a corporate environment required (multi-state environment preferred).Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs.Experience facilitating effective meetings and workshops preferred.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
