Software Test Engineer – QA

Job Description We are looking to hire a QA tester for continuous integration (CI) build testing for a major development platform. This rolersquos primary responsibility is to prevent regressions in production andor bug-test new features for the products the team owns. Testing will include the execution of existing test cases and the creation of bugs but there is also the opportunity to learn complex systems and processes for a sizable software provider. Required Qualifications 2 years of QA testing or development experience Experience writing and executing test plans Proven ability to write high-quality repro steps A methodical and detail-oriented work style Ability to solve problems, think critically, and apply logic in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have the ability to work from home until offices are open again Preferred Qualifications Professional experience with PowerShell or similar scripted automation, C andor other object-orientated languages Working experience with Azure DevOps and Git repos
