Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position: Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a passionate Test Automation Engineer who will partner with and work closely with the software engineers to ensure our new UI/UX project is automated.

This position requires excellent communication skills, collaboration, as well as technical skills.

It requires ideal candidates to be able to develop test automation scripts, has a solid record of planning, designing, and conducting automation review and inspectionResponsibilities Include:Experience writing programs and utilizing coding skillsDevelop, execute, and maintain automation test scriptsDevelops strategies for improving test processes and recommends to managementResearch new testing tools and techniques and/or develop new testing tools and methodologies as appropriateLog, manage, and retest defects in the bug tracking systemDemonstrates a broad understanding of the applications and technical architecturesUnderstand and compose feature specifications and create test suits for all product components focusing on UI and usability across multiple devices (desktop & mobile)Stays abreast of industry best practicesRegular, dependable attendance and punctualityQualifications/Experience:BA / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of professional experience as an Automation EngineerExperience in Agile Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment is a plusHas experience with structuring the automation testing plans on multiple projects and technology platforms, estimating schedules, resources, and dependencies.
