Overview of the Accounts Receivable Clerk role:

• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Manager as needed
• Receive customer orders and enter data into Sightline software system.
• Ad hoc administrative projects

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Ability to organize and prioritize expectations and duties.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• A mathematical background
• Must be able to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people.
