Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Specialist Division: 2 Contract: Proposal NUWCDIVKPT Business Ops Work Location: Keyport, WASecurity Clearance: Secret (interim acceptable)Job Summary: The Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan involving receiving, reporting, inventory and storage preparation for shipment. Job Duties: Verify materials or merchandise against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damagesRoute materials to prescribed storage locationsStore, stack and/or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methodsRearrange and take inventory of stored materialsExamining stored materials and report deterioration and damageRemove materials from storage and prepare it for shipmentProcess inventory transactions as applicable to track material movements Mandatory Skill Requirements: Ability to operate hand or power trucks in performing warehouse duties.Good attention to detail Desired Skill Requirements: Prior related warehouse experienceBasic computer skills Education/Equivalent:HS graduate or equivalent Job Posted by ApplicantPro
