SVZ-USA is looking for a Logistics Associate for their state of the art Othello, WA facility . Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday – Friday As a member of the team you can expect: Very attractive hourly pay – commensurate upon your experience level $17 – $20/hr. Essential Functions: Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations Responsible for high level inventory accuracy to ensure effective and efficient warehousing operations Prepare weekly inventory reconciliations for all external warehouse locations Responsible for cycle counting and monthly physical count process of onsite warehouse Support Logistics Manager with annual inventory count process and external audits Follow up, investigate, resolve and clearly document any inventory discrepancies Communicate all inventory count results and inventory adjustment proposals to Logistics Manager Process approved inventory adjustments in SAP Process daily relocations of the onsite warehouse in SAP Review, further improve and implement inventory control procedures Assist Logistics Manager in determining the most cost effective way to ensure sufficient warehouse space is available at all times (Cross train in duties of Logistics Assistant INBOUND and OUTBOUND & TRANSFERS and be back up for these position) Cross train in duties of Logistics Associate (Receiving and Shipping) and be back up for these positions Other duties as assigned About the company : At SVZ, they supply high quality processed fruit and vegetable ingredients to food and drink manufacturers around the world.
