Logistic Coordinator
Location: Blaine, WA
Pay: $16.00 per hour to start! Pay increases after probationary period!
Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday 3:00 – 11:00PM
Wednesday & Thursday – OFF
Friday 3:00-11:00PM
Saturday- 12:00 -11:00PM
Sunday 7AM- 5:00PM

What you get to do:
*Data Entry
*Contact customers to update if issues arise during afterhours with product
*Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues with a high level of customer service
*Process Customs Border paperwork
*Schedule drivers to pick up and deliver loads as well as update with changes in routes
*Coordinate and manage product and deliveries
*Dispatch drivers for shipment pick-ups and deliveries
*Update shipment tracking system and maintain timely data integrity
*Prioritize time sensitive cargo / shipments
*Plan drivers accordingly to ensure freight needs are met and oversee expectations for accountability

What you need to be successful:
*Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is preferred
*Customer service skills are preferred
*Organizational and communication skills are preferred
*Ability to multi-task
