This is a Contract position in Tumwater, WA posted October 15, 2021.

Acro Blue is seeking WAREHOUSE/ PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS to join the team a premier HVAC manufacturer, in Panama City, FL.

The position offers a competitive pay rate, benefits, and bonuses.

2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm paid at $15.50 hour (includes shift premium) After completing 90 days of work, you are eligible for direct hire and will receive a pay increase and full benefits.

As a member of the Team, Warehouse / Production Operators are required to safely perform and follow highly repetitive work to strict operation and quality standards.

They will support product development, sustaining current products, and customer special orders.

While working in this clean, climate-controlled facility you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the evolution of this premier HVAC industry.

Job Requirements: Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all safety operating procedures and quality standards.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to ‘and-one protocol for the assigned workstation.

Ability to read, understand assembly diagrams, and follow written and oral directions.

Stand continuously for up to three hours at a time.

Assembly of light commercial air conditioners, using fine motor dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

The assembly is subject but not limited to: Gripping and pinching with hands and fingers repetitively Using power, pneumatic and hand tools Loading and unloading conveyors and carts Brazing and soldering Operating machines and presses Operating forklifts, manipulators, and hoists Performing quality checks and tests Demonstrate basic hands-on mechanical or electrical components and their principles, properties, and theories.

Must work effectively under variance of temperature and noise levels.

Must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).

Use senses (see, hear, smell, touch) to detect quality defects and unsafe conditions
