Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities: Unload trucks and properly document all incoming shipmentsStage and maintain the exact count of all incoming shipmentsCreate or update any documentation needed to account for all equipment to be sent to the Audit DepartmentReceive all off-lease, buy/sell, and/or any other relevant equipment in Microsoft Great PlainsCreate part numbers to reflect actual equipment receiptTransfer/relocate equipment directly into inventory when needed or work directly with Inventory Control Specialist in order to transfer accordinglyMake sure to notify Receiving and Inventory Supervisor of all discovered receiving discrepanciesMaintain a clean and safe working area at all times Qualifications / Education: QualificationsBasic proficiency of MS Word, MS ExcelPrior knowledge in MS Great Plains is a plus1 to 3 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training required EducationA minimum of high school graduate or equivalent required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationshipsStrong organizational and time management with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a teamStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in a group settingInsight Investments, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, status as a Veteran or other protected classification.
