The ideal candidate is ahighly organized, skilled communicator with human resources and customer service experienceand is motivated by the idea of inspiring people and building a strong company culture.

Thisposition reports to the department manager.Essential Job Functions:Support and implement strategic initiatives and processes for retaining diverse talent.Launch, manage and communicate employee engagement surveys and results.Manage systematic programs to keep our employee engagement efforts visible.Assist with the development of programs designed to enhance employee engagement,retention and company culture.Proactively assess and identify the root causes of employee knowledge gaps.Create, foster and maintain a collaborative, innovative and employee-focused team culture.Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:Two plus years clerical experience in a general office setting or equivalent experienceMust be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability todeliver high level of customer serviceHave flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assistthe team with overtime when neededThese statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work beingperformed by people assigned to this classification.
