APLUS Products/OSI Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of product. This position is responsible for checking goods received, distribution against purchase orders, as well as maintaining records of goods and rejected items. This position also packages and prepares products for final shipment, maintaining records of shipped product, and reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes products in warehouse.

 

  • Primary responsibility of receiving product, affixing labels, moving, unstacking and restacking cartons weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Fulfill customer orders to include moving, stacking cartons and wrapping/banding pallets.
  • Perform/assist with all ICQA inspections and report results to the Warehouse Supervisor. Keeping records of all documentation relating to the dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions.
  • Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Recording and maintaining inventory of all goods and materials in the warehouse.
  • Recording damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office products
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage time and carry out orders.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments of the organization.
  • Compliant with all safety, procedures, and processes of a warehouse.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift.
