Description:
Production/Warehouse worker to prepare and operate scales, and equipment that weigh raw ingredients necessary for specific formulas, operate the blender to blend the ingredients, and work the packaging line to make sure all of the labels are applied correctly. – Communicate with co-workers and supervisors- Follow written and verbal instructions- Complete batch records- Fill out production log books- Label containers and products-Record weight and RMs of materials weighed-Sort/pour/add ingredients used and record timing schedules-Clean equipment, accessories, and work area-Adjust equipment controls using hand eye coordination and dexterity with various control switches, dials, buttons-Use visual and tactile senses to determine correct weigh/blend-Equipment use: Scales, lift equipment, hand truck/pallet jacks, computer terminal, all in-house blenders, oscillating granulator, milling equipment

Experience / Training / Education- High School Diploma or equivalent- Similar work experience preferredKnowledge of- Basic machinery- Must learn and operate according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Skills/Abilities- Must be mechanically inclined- Good organizational skills and detail oriented- Interpersonal skill and good communications skills
