Manufacturing Support Technician

Celebrating 50 years of service, Lancaster Laboratories is a leading contract lab providing testing and research services in the environmental, pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical sciences to clients worldwide.Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for an experienced Technician to support our Professional Scientific Services group in Bothell, Washington to support the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:* Area and equipment labeling and organization (including delivery of materials & parts across buildings).* Supplies and gowning stocking (inventory maintenance)* Weigh and dispensing of chemicals and processing materials* Preparation of media and buffers, including pH adjustments, filtration and integrity testing* Cleaning, assembly, sterilization, disassembly, and operation of processing equipment* Glass wash and autoclave activities* Kitting of equipment and autoclave parts* Documentation of processing steps on batch records and other approved documents* May initiate and assist with OOS/deviation investigations as appropriate* Maintains compliance with all required training* Performs other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate would possess:* Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude* Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies* Ability to work with the physical demands of the position which include:o Standing/walking for several hours at a timeo Carry, lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 poundso Climbing ladders or stairwells several times a dayo Bending or kneeling several times a dayo Overhead reachingo Repetitive use of arms/wrists/hands while setting up equipment and processingQualifications* Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent* Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or sterile production environments* Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipWhat we offer:* Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options* Life and disability insurance* 401(k) with company match* Paid vacation and holidaysPosition is full-time, working 12 hour shifts.
