HR Partner- Marketing

This is a Contract position in Beaux Arts Village, WA posted April 9, 2021.

The HR Partner provides HR coaching and consultation to optimize talent management and achieve successful business outcomes via people programs. This position is responsible for driving people processes within assigned Marketing client groups and providing guidance to leadership on people and organizational issues across a range of HR functions including talent management, people development, employee engagement, and employee relations. The HR Partner will work collaboratively with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and the Marketing HR team to customize, implement and measure enterprise talent initiatives to gain organizational alignment, develop leadership capabilities and enable high performance. This role can be located in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park or Frisco TX. LI-KH1 5 years HR generalist/HRBP experience Broad experience and specific knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, benefits, compensation, employee relations/investigations and compliance Possess a strategic mindset but hands on attitude Consultative approach; ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results Navigates ambiguity with ease; flexible and adaptable to change Continuously anticipates talent needs and puts strategies in place to meet the needs of a fast growing, dynamic business. Exceptional communication and coaching skills Takes data seriously and seeks quantitative information to help direct decision making Ability to lead, motivate, and direct the activities of employees to achieve objectives Model company values, hold yourself and others accountable, and encouraging desired behaviors Strong conflict management skills HRCI or SHRM certification a plus College Degree preferred but not required Execute on a people strategy with designated client groups in line with business objectives Build a strong knowledge base of LOB(s) and functions, to provide a consultative approach with clients, anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities. Coach, educate and facilitate talent management processes; performance management, talent review, individual development plan (IDP) Facilitate and support change management within client groups and across the organization to support business growth and innovation. Effectively partner with HR COE’s to deliver enterprise HR solutions in employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition and people insights Curate people development solutions in partnership with the business; identify competency and talent gaps; provide learning and development program options to support IDP/talent review development and succession goals Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives with client groups/leadership and encourage employee engagement program participation amongst employees. Analyze data, understand trends, and utilize HR metrics to validate decision making and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives Provide guidance and policy interpretation to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
