The Inbound Marketing Specialist (IMS) will play a key role in qualifying, nurturing, and managing inbound leads from investment property owners and real estate professionals.
A typical day involves servicing inquiries from inbound calls, chat sessions, social media, and e-mail, managing CRM contact data and automation e-mails, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to optimize sales funnel communications and workflow.
Responsibilities
Communicate in a professional and timely manner with inquiries via phone, e-mail, and chat Answer questions, recommend educational materials and resources that meet user needs Qualify and route leads to real estate advisors for further development and closure Maintain the CRM system including updating contact profiles and ensuring data quality Manage drip e-mail campaigns and marketing automations for inquiry management Manage webinar promotions including e-mail promotions and website events page Engage prospective clients and real estate professionals on social media platforms Work closely with the marketing team to optimize and develop marketing assets Conduct periodic research on prospective clients and company partners
Qualifications
1-3 years’ of e-mail marketing, social media, and CRM experience BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Experience in commercial real estate or financial services a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Able to pass industry required background check and fingerprinting
