Product Marketing Coordinator

General Description

The Product Marketing Coordinator supports the product marketing team through managing team projects, and producing professional quality presentations and collateral for sales and marketing. He/she will be responsible for overseeing projects are completed on time, assist in managing quarterly updates of marketing collateral, and administering the team’s content management platform. The Product Marketing Coordinator works closely with marketing team members, as well as other departments such as compliance, investment strategy, sales, product, and relationship management, to create a wide range of content. He/she may also participate in various projects and activities in support of the broader Parametric marketing team.  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for team projects, including overall workflow management for team projects, and managing the product marketing inbox
  • Assist with updating and maintaining marketing collateral including presentations, strategy factsheets, and other collateral types.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to receive required data and content for updates to quarterly marketing materials
  • Support the administration of Seismic, a digital collateral management system, including managing expired content, uploading new materials, and conducting periodic audits.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors while responding in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
  • Interact with product development, sales, compliance and other departments on various initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. project management, wealth management, marketing)
  • General knowledge of the investment industry preferred but not required (training can be provided)
  • Attention to detail is a must to review materials, and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Must be comfortable with executing on administrative tasks and project management
  • Ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced, changing environment  
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interface with personnel at all levels, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel). familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Seismic is a plus.
