Marketing and Data Analytics Manager – REMOTE

nnThe Marketing Data and Analytics Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns for Acxiom.

This includes responsibility for data integrity, list loading, reports, dashboards, as well as supporting the execution of marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns.

Additional responsibilities may include marketing business process optimization, marketing program ROI analysis, as well as marketing operations best practices creation and publishing.

As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, as well as with Acxioms leadership.nn nn DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :nn nnSupport global demand generation activities with list imports, record cleansing, and data field setup.nn nnMaintain marketing data integrity inside Salesforce.com and Marketo.nn nnImplement and manage demand-generation infrastructure and operational processes inside Salesforce.com.nn nnBuild and maintain meaningful, recurring standard reports in an efficient and user-friendly manner, addressing business pre-defined or ad-hoc requests for insights.nn nnDelivery of insights, findings and recommendations regarding marketing performance and opportunities through adapting statistical methods, tools and business expertise to sets of relevant data, affecting the performance of the global marketing organization or its marketing programs.nn nnCollaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on CRM requirements and best practices.nn nnDocument, communicate, and train operational processes.nn nnCollaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on implementation of online marketing programs.nn nnAssist with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communications programs.nn nn QUALIFICATIONS: nn nn Required: nn nnA team-oriented self-starter, who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.

The candidate will require excellent communication and relationship building skills to excel in this role and be able to extract insights and be able to deliver these to executive stakeholders in a succinct and meaningful way.nn nnAbility to serve as a project lead in the implementation of a marketing operations campaign, strategy, process, or technology.
