This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted March 7, 2021.

Job Title: Electronics Technician II

Location: Spokane, WA (Fairchild AFB)

Clearance: Secret

ROLE:

  • Install low-voltage Electronic Security System equipment – ACS , CCTV, and IDS system equipment to include Lenel, Honeywell Vindicator, Bosch and other manufactures. (i.e. switch, doors, locks).
  • Installs security equipment, conduit, pulling wire associated with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) hardware. Must be able to install cable and conduit, work in tight places from elevated platforms.
  • Configure settings of ESS system components (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc). Performs physical installation tasks associated with Core equipment in a field environment.
  • Must have the ability to work overtime and/or nights and weekend as required by circumstances.
  • Performs physical installation tasks associated with core equipment in a field environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School degree or GED required; 3+ years progressive ESS or low voltage installation.

Job Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take direction from the Site Lead
  • Installation and testing of conduit, wire, ESS hardware, network transmission equipment and power (UPS). Handles cable / fiber fabrication, installation and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Personnel shall be U.S. citizens and speak fluent English. DOD security clearance a plus
  • Working knowledge and skills in use of computer systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Working knowledge and skills in use of computer systems.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction / product documentation.
  • Ability to work in standing, sitting, kneeling positions.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms
  • Clean MVR and Drivers license and ability to drive Company provided truck
  • Must provide own basic hand tools
