COFFEE Service Technician Everett Based $18-25/hr DOE with perks + full benefit package$75/ per weekend roation on call $100/ 3-day Holiday Weekends per diemMonday – Friday + Some Weekend (rotation)General Summary:The Service Technician is responsible for analysis and repair beverage related equipment such as coffee brewers, cappuccino makers, hot plates, and other similar equipment as required.

Their purpose is to grow and develop coffee sales through installation of new coffee sets, maintenance and repair of all assigned equipment, and friendly/helpful customer service.Essential Job Functions:Ensure that all equipment belonging to the company and assigned to the customer is in good working condition or replaced to the satisfaction of the customerGeneral maintenance of equipment to include but not limited to cleaning and repairInstallation of beverage equipment, backdrops, and menusEnsure quality service to our customersBe responsive, helpful, and friendly when on location, by phone, and/or emailBe informed about company initiatives to inform or update customers accordinglyMaintain an expedient response time to all customer service issuesBe responsive and informative to all relevant communicationCommunicate regularly with management and sales teamsMaintain compliance with company policies and practicesMake sure that all work areas are cleaned before the technician leaves the customer location or shopOther duties as assigned by managerKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Mechanical knowledge of how to repair small appliances, plumbing, and electrical are required to accomplish the training and understand how the tasks need to be completedSkilled using a variety of tools used for electrical, plumbing, and general repair of equipment including testing equipment.

Must be able to perform the duties of the technicianSkilled in oral expression—communicating information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

Must be able to use phone and other communication equipment clearlyAbility to provide excellent customer service skills to manage customers and employeesAbility to follow directionsAbility to present a clean and professional appearanceAbility to use a smart phone and be proficient in using and communicating by e-mailMust be punctual with good attendance and be prompt and ready to start work at scheduled shift timeAbility to work well with other employees and maintain a professional and respectful work environment is imperative to Harbor values and teamwork in the fieldPhysical Abilities Include:Manual DexterityMulti-limb Strength and CoordinationNear VisionTrunk Strength Education and Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience in equipment repair is preferred.Advanced education in electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration are helpful but not requiredLicense and Certifications: Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record are required to maintain liability insurance; all final candidates will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
