Position:

Davis Wire is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Kent, WA location.

This role has the responsibility for maintaining our industrial machinery which includes: fabricating, repairing, overhauling, etc.

Responsibilities:
Fabrication, repair, overhaul, adjust, align, install and remove new and used machinery and industrial equipment as needed.

Duties include rebuilding gearboxes, repairing failures related to cams, sprockets, pulleys, bearings, bushing and various other components.

Identify and develop/implement repair procedures Work with co-workers and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment failure.

Be compliant with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic Previous experience in mill environments is a plus Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings Must be able to safely lift 75lbs
