As a division of McGrath RentCorp, we see the potential not just in our product but in our people, too.Maintenance Duties/Responsibilities:Maintenance & repair of company mobile & modular building fleet including but not limited to painting, placing signs, cleaning, and performing minor & major repairs.Assist with the physical inspection of mobile office trailers and modular buildings.Recommend repairs through verbal & written correspondence and illustrations.Must be able to effectively communicate and present themselves to customers.Maintain & organize an inventory of repair and parts supplies.Operate service trucks, forklifts, etc. when needed to deliver parts or move equipment, and/or when maintenance of units is required.Perform all work in accordance with established safety policies & procedures.Keep work area, yard, and shop neat and orderly at all times.Other duties as assigned and required.Service Duties/Responsibilities:Perform field service calls using company trucks.Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.Maintain contact (radio/telephone) with Branch Mgmt. to coordinate service activities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Requirements, and Performance Expectations:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
