Maintenance Technician

We are PRIME GROUP, a leading residential owner and manager of apartment communities across the western United States.

We operate in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington State.We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician!We require 1 year of maintenance experience.

Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule.

We need someone to work on Saturdays.

Compensation commensurate with experience!!!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Plumbing (including sewer lines) , Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, Roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights.Join our Team!Who are we?
