Job Title: Service Plumber Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime Pay Scale: Up to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs Benefits: Paid Vacation$300 towards medical insurancePaid holidaysCompany uniform / phone / vehicleShort-term & Long-term disabilityPrimary Job Function: Responsible for the water heater installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing.

Perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs, drain cleaning, to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements.

Routine maintenance, service, and repair work and new installations.

Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPass background check and drug screenValid driver’s license and insurable driving record3 years of residential service & install plumbing experience Experienced in installation and repairs Experience soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, fixture installation, and repairsStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and proficient of reading blueprintsStrong knowledge of local plumbing codesWilling to work in all types of weatherStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsConsiderable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing tradeKnowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the workAbility to work independently and as a teamWillingness to invest time in training and classes
