Planner, Maintenance Day shift

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted July 16, 2021.

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance activities using SAP and overseeing two year SOP reviews in ETQ.

Serve as a Maintenance Planning representative for contract/special project teams and shutdown teams.

Essential responsibilities include: * Plan and schedule maintenance in SAP and coordinate timing with manufacturing areas as necessary to comply with preventative maintenance SOP’s.

* Plan and schedule calibration activities for major equipment, as well as critical equipment requalification work.

* Work closely with Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Management for schedule planning of critical PM’s.

* Review and provide feedback to management concerning the impact of overdue PM’s or extensions.5.

* Create and generate SAP work orders with oversight for Maintenance Management.

* Provide SOP revision support working with Maintenance Management .

* Create and maintain a system for tracking two year reviews on critical SOPs.

* Maintenance of Process Orders in SAP, (create, release, confirm and add pertinent notes if any deviations occurred).

* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating procedures and adherence to relevant cGMP requirements.

* Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures linked to Preventative Maintenance.

* Assume responsibility for other work as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or Equivalent required.

Associates of Arts and Science degree desired.* Bachelors of Arts and Science desired.* Minimum 5 years directly related experience required, Pharma maintenance and/or scheduling experience preferred.* Pharmaceutical experience desired, Pharma experience highly desired.* FDA Regulated Industry Experience desired.* Complex reasoning and decision-making skills required, along with mid-level mathematics and computer skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Power Point and Microsoft Outlook experience desired.* Mechanical aptitude desired.* Minimum 3 years SAP experience required.* Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting required.Jubilant HollisterStier is a great place to grow!
