Safety is of course a top priority.Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values & Beliefs to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.For Operations Technician II:Responsibilities/Expectations:Performs a variety of tasks to safely maintain facility equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings, inspecting/monitoring equipment and maintaining operation/technical standards and/or governmental requirementsResponsible for data analysis and collaboration with others to find solutions to technical or operational problemsFollows all Company policies and applies appropriate operating and maintenance proceduresAcquires knowledge of and complies with requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities, execution of tasks, protection of community, personnel, environment, and assetsMaintains general knowledge of site/location/equipment specific permits and complianceCompletes assigned reports, logs and maintains accurate records of process operations and performance of preventative maintenance on equipmentOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Operations Technician or similar role and a minimum of one (1) years’ experience as an Operations Technician in the Oil and Gas IndustryPreferred: Associates or 2-year technical degreePhysical and Environment Work Requirements:Must be able to:Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spacesCarry and lift items that weigh a minimum of 50 lbsStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of timeWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)Use hand toolsShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Must be able to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as neededMay be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight staysOther Requirements: Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving recordDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityNeeds basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills and basic knowledge of Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic ControllersFor Operations Technician I:Responsibilities/Expectations:Performs a variety of tasks to safely maintain facility equipment and support pipeline operations, inspecting/monitoring equipment and maintaining operation/technical standards and/or governmental requirementsCollaborates with others to find solutions to technical or operational problemsFollows all Company policies and applies appropriate operating and maintenance proceduresAcquires knowledge of and complies with requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities, execution of tasks, protection of community, personnel, environment, and assetsAcquires knowledge of site/location/equipment specific permits and complianceCompletes assigned reports, logs and maintains accurate records of process operations and performance of preventative maintenance on equipmentOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High School Diploma/GEDPreferred: Associates or 2-year technical degreePreferred: Six (6) months mechanical, technical, or controls systems experience in the Oil and Gas industry or Operations Technician Summer Internship with Associates DegreePhysical and Environment Work Requirements:Must be able to:Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spacesCarry and lift items that weigh a minimum of 50 lbsStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of timeWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)Use hand toolsShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Must be able to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as neededMay be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight staysOther Requirements: Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving recordDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityNeeds basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills and basic knowledge of Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllersrecblid uh8m43eob3f59yza1uvxvi4ahtov69
