This is a Contract position in Everson, WA posted June 3, 2021.

Manpower is currently looking for responsible individuals that are looking for Full time work in Wood Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate we are looking for would be hardworking, dependable, motivated, self-starter, self-driven, adaptable, trainable, team player and a multitasker.In this position you would be rotating between stations processing lumber, grading lumber, gluing, sorting, stacking, and relocating lumber product to designated areas.

Current shifts and pay rates are available:

Monday-Thursday

1st shift 5:00am-3:30pm $14.25 per hour
2nd shift 4:00pm-2:30am $15.75 per hour

****Overtime is given every week it’s not required at this point however the client asks that you can commit to at least two Fridays a month or more if you want too!

Requirements:
* Be able to perform a job that requires repetitive movement
* Have a safety mindset (company’s top value)
* Be able to life 25-35 pounds
* Must be able to work in warm or cool environments (you will be covered inside the building, but bay doors will be open to allow forklift drivers to enter and exit)

Dress code requirements (all but boots are provided by the company):
* Must have steel toe boots (preferred) or a solid work boot
* Be able to work in loud environments where machines are running and wear ear plugs
* Be able to wear safety glasses
* Be able to wear leather gloves
* In certain areas lumber chaps (leather covering for pants) will be required
* Due to Covid all stations require face masks so be prepared to wear one
