is looking for an experienced Batch Plant Operator to join our team in Benton City, WA.

We are a family owned company that values our employees.The Batch Plant Operator assists in overseeing plant operations, including but not limited to maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, quality, environmental compliance.

The Batch Plant Operator will perform any combination of following duties in a concrete mixing plant: Daily plant inspections, preventative and minor repair maintenance; operation of the loader; operation of the batching process.

The Batch Plant Operator will ensure proper documentation of all incoming materials daily and is responsible for the operation of concrete batching process to insure the correct amount and sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement, additives, and water as required for material orders.Requirements: Flexible schedule Monday SaturdayAbility to work overtimePass pre-employment drug screenConcrete Batch Plant operation minimum 1 yr.

experienceThorough knowledge of Command-Alkon software minimum 1 yr.
