Primary Responsibilities:
The Client Care Advisor is responsible for managing all internet inquiries.
This includes phone and email outreach to uncover needs, assist with scheduling community tours, identify appropriate solutions, educate families on senior living options, and communicate effectively about Era Living’s brand and communities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to all internet inquiries using established best practices and the On-line Response Guide Manage Live Chat on the Era Living website Convert internet inquiries to tours Utilize Era Living sales systems and tools Identify client needs and provide solutions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in customer service Computer literacy with experience using Word, Excel, customer relationship management and calendar scheduling software Experience planning and facilitating meetings Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Education and Experience:
Prior sales, customer service, and/or community relations experience required; Industry-related experience preferred High school diploma or GED required.
College degree preferred
