Overview The Summit at Snoqualmie: ” Seattle’s HomeMountain” Just an hour from Seattle on Interstate-90, The Summit atSnoqualmie (and Alpental) re-define convenience, variety, and funfor skiers and snowboarders.

Featuring famous steeps, back-bowls,terrain parks, a Nordic center and Tubing Park as well as greatlearning terrain, The Summit delivers 7 days, and 6 nights a week,and is less than 50 miles from downtown Seattle!

As our Ski LiftOperator, you will be working outside helping our guests safelyload and unload our lifts so that they can enjoy a memorable day inthe mountains.

As a Guest Service Specialist, youwill consistently promote Boyne Resorts core values of L.E.A.D.With all approaches and all undertakings.

Long Term Thinking |Excellence in Execution | Attitude is Everything | Develop GreatPeople In this role you will: * Carry out lift start up procedures.Procedures include checking of drive and return terminal machinery,tower machinery, stops, speed controls, indicator lights, switches,brakes, etc.

* Ensure guests get themselves and their gear on liftsafely by assisting in loading onto chairs and explainingprocedures to inexperienced passengers.

Maintain an orderly trafficflow in the lift lines.

Ensure all guests have the proper ticket orpass to use the lift.

* Aid guests getting off the lift by watchingguests exit the lift and give assistance to those who need it.

*Monitor the operation of the lift continually, correcting problemsby notifying supervisor or lift maintenance of problems or unsafeconditions.

* Pick up dropped skis, snowboards, poles, clothing, orother belongings for guests and return them to the owner or takeitems to lost and found.

* Shoveling of snow to clear.

* Create asafe, convenient, and fun outdoor escape for all.

Qualifications Tobe successful in this role, you should have previous customerservice experience that includes: * Providing superior service toevery guest.

* Knowledgeable of resort services in order to be ableto respond to guest inquiries.

* Ability to work both independentlyand as part of a team * Able to work holidays and weekends perseasonal demands and business needs.

* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

* Flexible with work days and hours.
