Business Development Executive

This is a Contract position in Sequim, WA posted July 29, 2021.

Job Summary EMCOR Facilities Services seeks a talented Business Development Executive.

The Business Development Executive will identify and grow new and existing business on a continuous cycle.

This position will work in a team environment and drive revenue growth for the business.

The Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive prospective business activities for their assigned or prospective clients.

This position can be performed remotely from any location in the eastern half of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identifies and pursues new business opportunities Develops relationships with prospective clients to gain or expand new business.

Attends trades shows, conferences and meetings to promote services to potential clients.

Works collaboratively with internal departments such as Account Management, Solutions & Pricing, Operations and other areas to complete RFP.

Promotes a positive safety culture by fully complying with all safety policies and procedures, and applicable federal, states and local regulations.

Any other duties as requested by management or executive branch.

Qualifications BS/BA degree in business, marketing, related field or the equivalent in education and work experience.

Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales including strategic selling experience.

Experience in similar industry preferred Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint), Virtual Tools Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with strong business related knowledge.

Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.

Strong negotiations skills for pricing, scope of work and other client specifications.

Ability to thrive in competitive market.

Focuses on the achievement of objectives and standards; Strives to improve or meet a standard of excellence.

Demonstrated willingness to learn from feedback and experience and changes behavior as a result.

Willing and able to travel 60% or more
