– our patients.This position ensures supplies, equipment, and services are available to provide quality patient care and support for the entire Medical Center, including satellite clinics.* Qualifications:** Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare and a minimum of 3 years of combined experience in healthcare and/or purchasing/buying required.* Ability to utilize and apply technical knowledge in various supply categories, requires the use of initiative and independent judgement, the ability to operate computers and understand computerized workflow.* Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word products; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare purchasing setting, Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) certificate.Just as Virginia Mason is dedicated to improving the lives of our patients and our community, we are equally dedicated to your professional and personal success.
