All duties must be performed while ensuring resident safety, maintaining confidentiality, and showing sensitivity to the needs and concerns of older adults.

You will receive classroom training as well as experiential-style learning to give you the tools you need to perform your job at a high level.

Able to work Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM with rotating weekends and occasional evenings.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.Minimum of two years working with older adults or persons with cognitive impairments.Ability to read, write and communicate in English.Valid WA State Driver’s License and clean driving record.Ability to work weekends, Thursday through Monday.
