Alpine Way (independent living, assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Olympia, Belfair, Union, Allyn, Aberdeen, and Tumwater. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team at:

As a Caregiver we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Starting at $20.00/ hour

What Cascade Living and Alpine Way look for in a Caregiver:

  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
  • Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills


  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver for Alpine Way:

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $500 at 90 days of employment
  • $500 at 180 days of employment
