Resumes mailed into our office WILL NOT be considered.Job DescriptionBPI Medical will be hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist with awesome MasterCam Programming skills with at least 5 years machining experience.We specialize in making custom surgical instruments for Spinal and Orthopedic surgery OEMs.

Its a precision team (We are ISO 13485!)!Our 2nd shift works Monday through Friday from 2pm to 12:45am.

Because this work is so important, the quality and precision standards are the highest level.

The ability to create products with the highest degree of accuracy and precision is paramount.Every day is an intellectual challenge!

We modify some of the most complex surgical implant tooling on earth.

The successful candidate will be one who demonstrates the ability to work with team members, management, quality control, vendors, and both internal and external customers alike.

We require that our newest member understand written and oral instruction as well as quality control guidelines.

Due to the medical nature of our products, this adherence to the strictest medical quality guidelines is unrelenting.

From a new-hire perspective, the first month will be spent working on day shifts.

This will facilitate learning our methods and procedures.

Once the new team member is at full-speed, they will transition to the 2nd shift.QualificationsHigh School diploma/GEDMust have a minimum of 5 years experienceAdditional informationPhysical Demands:Vision correctable to 20/20 with full-color spectrum recognition is required to discern small variances in measurement, material, and quality.

This position must be able to visually and physically determine variations within tolerances equal to scalpel sharpness.

Predominantly required to sit, stand, walk, and drive as part of the daily routine.

Based upon the relationship to manufacturing and production, the ability to move or transport goods and materials, up to 40 pounds is required.
