Job Description:
A property and casualty client is looking for a Commercial Lines Underwriting Leader to manage and operate the commercial underwriting department. More specifically, this consultant will be responsible for establishing underwriting authority limits for underwriting staff, oversee all underwriting guidelines and performance management of the team and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness of underwriting organization. This opportunity is 100% work-from-home and is anticipated to be 3 months in duration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial multi-line underwriting experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong agency relationships
