Custodian

Knowledge of:Cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies used in general custodial work.Hand and power tools.Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance and mechanical skills. Ability to:Follow written or oral instructions.Take responsibility and perform duties with little or no supervision.Operate hand and power cleaning and polishing equipment, and hand and power tools.Do sustained physical work, and move with some agility.
