One of Bellevue’s Local Luxury Home Builders is now Looking for a Project Engineer with experience in the greater Seattle area!
Requirements:
3yrs minimum High End Custom / Luxury construction industry experience
B.S. in Construction Management OR related degree
Ability to manage critical issues
Comfortable handling: RFI’S, Submittals, document control,team meetings
Strong Cross-communication skills i.e. (Supt, Subs, PMs, Clients, etc)
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Will assist the project management team and interface with the field
Proficient in Project Management software
Comfortable working on projects up to $20m (previous Luxury/Estate projects needed!)
