Delivery Helper – Seasonal

The Delivery Helper works in a supporting role to the Delivery Driver.

They ride along in the truck, or meet the Driver at the store to help merchandise and unload the product.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Delivery Driver on assigned route, delivering and merchandising Company’s products in a safe, timely and professional mannerRide with Drivers or follow daily schedule as outlined by managerAssist with working product to the shelf or back-stock area per accounts’ needsRotate all Company’s product according to Company standardsDevelop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with throughout your jobAdhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and governmental regulationsAdhere to all state liquor laws and regulationsProvide excellent customer service to all assigned accountsDemonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company’s Core Values at all timesComplete all other tasks or projects as assignedKey CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to resolve conflictEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to driveWork EnvironmentThis job operates indoors and outdoors.Physical DemandsLift/carry and push/pull 50 lbs.
