You’ll position Banner solutions and pursue new projects; you’ll also communicateand network with the Area Sales Manager, distributors and customers, including end-users, integrators, specialty machine builders, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

This new SAE position will be home-based; preferred location is Seattle, although we’re willing to consider other locations west of the Mississippi.What You’ll Be DoingManage strategic accounts, provide long-term growth, and deepen Banner’s product segment penetrationEvaluate and identify account opportunities to position and present Banner’s new products and solutionsCoordinate projects, some of which will be national and others will be globalIdentify target accounts and create tactical or strategic relationshipsTrack and stay current on industry and market trends, and build relationships within industry-specific trade organizationsDevelop, document, and clearly define business opportunities; also create and executesales and marketing strategies, and solicit requests for proposal (RFPs)Negotiate contracts, proposals, and quotes in concert with the respective Product Managers; secure contracts with new customers and close business dealsProvide consultations and business expertise to target and key accounts to create innovative solutionsAssist in the development of product definitions for industry-specific technology requirements; identify gaps within our existing segment products, and identify possible new products and requirements for the segment product portfolioRepresent Banner at organizations, trade shows, and conferences to remain current in the industry, provide technical expertise, and increase brand awarenessEnter customer information accurately and timely into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other systems as neededOffer technical expertise and market trends to Banner’s global sales channelsWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulIn order to perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and regular attendance is required.
