What you?ll achieve

As an Epic Systems Pulse Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Epic System Pulse Monitoring solution for all Healthcare Tenants at Virtustream. In addition, you will be required to manage the environment with little to no supervision. Lastly, you will be required to provide System Pulse analytical reporting back to the customer for SURA updates on how it applies to performance after updates, in addition to being proactive on performance improvements, constraints, or irregular growth patterns.

You will:

• Build, Analyze, and maintain the enterprise systems management configuration for Epic System Pulse across all healthcare tenants.
• Develop plans and recommendations to improve the performance and efficiency of the Epic System Pulse environment for each Tenant.
• Lead improvements to improve overall environment stability for monitoring.
• Create reports for Tenants on demand for analytical trends in performance.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree: experience maybe considered in lieu of required education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Epic Client System Management of System Pulse is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Server OS System Administration experience.
• Hyperspace and Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, and System Pulse certifications are required.
• ECSA101 & ECSA 105 Certifications.

Desirable Requirements

• Valid Microsoft MCSA certification in addition to the ECSA 101 & 105 Certifications.
• Knowledge with Windows networking, Active Directory and Windows Security.
