This person will help us to optimize and maximize our QuickBooks and generate weekly reports for financial management and tax reporting.You are the person we are looking for if you are a reliable, resourceful, detail‐oriented person who enjoys working with people in a fast‐paced environment.Summary of Responsibilities:* Operate our QuickBooks* Manage non‐property specific AP and AR in QuickBooks* Bank Account Reconciliation in QuickBooks* Multiple entity accounting in QuickBooks* Regular QuickBooks Reports* Cash flow management through QuickBooks* Some spreadsheet creation and tracking with ExcelKey Attributes for the Right Candidate:* Excellent communication skills* Organized and reliable* Great energy and attitude* Confident and straightforward* Highly dependable and honest* Desire to develop and growRequirements:* Highly proficient in QuickBooks* 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping using QuickBooks* Better than average Microsoft Excel skillsCompensation:* $24 per hour, plus quarterly bonusAbout the Company:Extant Investment Real Estate Company started in 2009 and is based in Spokane Valley Washington.
