Business Unit Description: 8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers.

The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings’ private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H.

Responsibilities: We are now offering a limited number of $750 Signing Bonuses to new Production Employees We don’t screen for THCWage: $18.50 depending on experience Position Summary:Our 8th Avenue Facilites Technician roles are responsible to provide support to the maintenance, production and shipping/receiving groups for the preventative and corrective maintenance, repair, and installation of all activities at all Attune Foods Eugene facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:Daily pass-down of information to Maintenance Team and ManagementAccurately report data on preventive maintenance schedules as well as inform management of problem areas within their areaBe involved in preparation of project timeline, requirements, and costingWork with departments/vendors/contractors to ensure materials, scheduling, sanitation, etc.

are supporting their needs and vice-versaUnderstand and adhere to Attune Foods Eugene personnel policies and discipline proceduresFollow plant safety policies, operational procedures and quality control proceduresMaintain current GMPs and Quality standardsOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience Required:Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as neededHigh school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:One year in facility maintenance and / or constructionMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to follow written methods, paying close attention to detailsMust be able to follow specific work direction and adjust as necessary to accomplish the jobMust be able to maintain legible & accurate records / paperwork as requiredPhysical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to bend, crouch, stoop, sit, and kneel for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to balance for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to stand, walk, climb stairs for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to climb/work off ladder, and reach above shoulders for 4 hours per shiftMust be able to work in a dusty environment, high heat, or humidity for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to lift up-to 50 pounds infrequentlyMust be able to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken or written wordMust be able to make fine distinctions by soundMust be able to distinguish object or equipment visually Wage: $18.50 depending on experienceAll offers are contingent upon a successful drug screen and background check.

Attune Foods, LLC’s pre-employment test does not include marijuana/THC.

Signing bonus is split into three payments.

1st payment of $250 is after 30 days of continuous employment, 2nd payment of $150 is after 90 days of continuous employment, and 3rd payment of $350 is after 180 days of continuous employment.

Current employees and former employees who were employed by the Company in the six (6) months prior to 9/27/2021 are not eligible for the Signing Bonus.

Employees must be actively employed to receive payment.
